Weird ticket question re: philly

I have four paperless tickets for Thursday in Philly. However, my brother from Florida called to tell me he got six tickets for the show - for himself, his wife, myself, my husband, and my other brother and his spouse. My other brother (not in FL) is dealing with Non Hodgkens lymphoma right now, and the three of us siblings have been going to Bruce concerts together since the River tour. It would really mean a lot to me to sit with them this time around, especially with all my brother is going through.
SO is there any way I can pass on/sell/give away my paperless seats? Or do I have to sit in one of them to make them valid? I'd hate to throw them away when they're great seats for someone, but I definitely want to be with my brothers this time around. Any suggestions?
