Hero will not be available to run SLV :( apparently in his latest college maths class he only got 99% and so has been grounded by his parents and has had his internet privileges taken away :o ... hopefully we can all get through the SLV without him somehow... :D

And lets not forget Boston is commonly known as the "Athens of America." Supposedly a terrific city.

Check out Modern Family, Kay. It's produced by some of the same folks who did Cheers then Frasier.

Bruce has played in Boston a few times previously, although, strangely enough, he stayed away during most of the Eighties.

One of those items is incorrect.

The date is fine, the venue is fine, but the town is a good 40 miles from Boston. A hint - he played there again in 2009 but the venue has been renamed.

The setlist from the last visit to the Garden:

Badlands
Candy's Room
Outlaw Pete
She's the One
Working on a Dream
Seeds
Johnny 99
Youngstown
Raise Your Hand
I WANNA BE SEDATED
Spirit in the Night
FOR YOU
Waitin' on a Sunny Day
The Promised Land
Jungleland
Kingdom of Days
Radio Nowhere (w/ Jay Weinberg)
Lonesome Day (w/ Jay Weinberg)
The Rising (w/ Jay Weinberg)
Born to Run (w/ Jay Weinberg)

Hard Times
Thunder Road
Land of Hope and Dreams
SO YOUNG AND IN LOVE (w/ Dropkick Murphys guitarist Tim Brennan, who had just proposed to his girlfriend onstage)
American Land (w/ Dropkick Murphys, Jay Weinberg)
Glory Days (w/ Dropkick Murphys, Jay Weinberg)
SEVEN NIGHTS TO ROCK (they were already officially done, offstage and everything. This was a real bonus)

One of the things about my life that make me want to kick myself is that I've been a Red Sox fan for 60 years and I've never been to Fenway Park, or Boston for that matter.

You're right. I think of Fenway Park the way some peeps think of Notre Dame. Not that Notre Dame isn't spectacular but Ted Williams never played there. :)
