I fully expect to be cursing Friday nights setlist repeatedly here tonight. I'm expecting a classic.

Does anyone care to wager where in the setlist Bruce will insert a stirring, full crowd sing-a-long version of "Happy Birthday"?

While the New Yorkers will be enjoying Bruce tonight, I'll be in Seattle enjoying Radiohead. :D

I think you're right Marty. I just needed to pencil in a few songs to replace 41 Shots and Kitty Friday and i would have been very happy.

Before Surprise Surprise? B)

Here's my wishlist - I think the last one is a lock: Backstreets, Meeting, Jungleland, Incident, E Street Shuffle, Drive All Night, Price You Pay, Real World, Talk to Me, Restless Nights, Iceman(yeah, right), For You, Back In Your Arms, Saint, Valentine's Day, I Wish I Were Blind, Something in the Night, Santa Ana, Trapped, Frankie and Thunder Road.

Walk softly tonight little stranger
Yeah into these shadows we're passing through
Talk softly tonight, little angel
You make all my dream worlds come true

"Jungleland" premiere?

I'd think Incident or Backstreets much more likely. I'd look for Jungleland in the fall leg.

Agree, however i had read that Jake missed a few notes on Ramrod Wednesday. I listened last night and honestly didnt hear anything bad.

Jake knows Jungleland... Bruce may wait awhile before playing this song, which is perfectly understandable... but it's not because he's waiting for Jake to learn it.

There was a tiny mistake at the end but he gave a very commendable performance. Bruce introduced Ramrod with 'Jakey must be tested' and imo he passed with flying colours.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARVA! Greetings from Lilyhammer. B)

Wish I was in NYC tonight, you'll all have a great time. Going back to work tomorrow, guess I know what's the first thing to do once I come into the office (after getting coffee that is).

Yeah me too. But if you listen to the Apollo show on headphones you'll find a mini bum-note or two. ;)

What really impressed me was Jake's handelling of the Ties.... solo. Now of course I'm not a hornplayer but I always thought that was one of the more difficult solos to play, and from what I read on Backstreets this song was a last-minute decision by Bruce, and Stevie worked with Jay on the solo backstage right before they went on. Jakey still nailed it. B)

Right about now here's what Bruce is thinking: "Let's see, what can we do to add some more credibility to this whole 'night 2 rule' legend, and make those Greasy Lakers' heads spin...."

For tonight I think it would be nice to have a Serenade in the first spot and DAN in the second spot and then a Saint in the encore's spot.

All those who will be there in the Garden will have much fun anyway.

I have to wait until May 25th in Frankfurt, I got my first Jungleland there and of course I am hoping to get it again there or further down the road :) in ..... Cologne, Landgraaf, Berlin, Madid, Göteborg
I'm ready to grow young again

These set lists keep getting stronger, this tour is amazing so far. It's going to be pure joy to check in later tonight.

I am still saddened by Clarence's death, but this band, these guys, they are out there night after night proving the Big Man IS too Big to die.

Everything is at stake, nothing is taken lightly or for granted.

There I go, got sentimental again.
