Found this thread on a Spanish Bruce site (I'm trying to improve my Spanish). Are these widely circulated? i've never seen them. http://www.springste...w...=24&t=33471

Damn, incredible pictures!
Is that Douglas Springsteen?
Not to sure Bruce knows these pictures are out there - they look private to me.

Bruce is "all dressed up in blue" and he has his TOL boots on and Juli has those 80's "white wedding" little boots on. I thought she was hot!

Bruce looks a lot like his mom.

Can't help noticing that in one of the Patti photos he seems to be looking at her, and in the other she seems to be looking at him. Could be just coincidence but kinda eerie.

They were posted by a Spanish female poster whose nick is Bitusa. She's a cute Medicine student who always comes up with lots of rare pics and footage.

In the mid-late 80s, I somehow found out where Bruce's house in LA was; somewhere up off of Laurel Canyon if memory serves. Anyway, I took a few trips up there, but never so much as stopped my car, let alone get out of it. I knew I was getting close to "jumping the gates at Graceland" territory and didn't want to be that fan, especially after hearing stories of other fans who had gone up there and stopped Bruce on his way home, demanding autographs and photos (the road was really narrow in places, not too hard to block someone's path if you wanted to). I would just slowly turn around in the cul-de-sac and head back down the hill. I never once encountered Bruce at or near his home.

The last time I went there was with my girlfriend (now wife) after one of the ToL shows at the Sports Arena. I don't know why I went, because Bruce & the band were almost certainly down the road at the Sunset Marquis or some other hotel. On our way back down, we saw a black BMW coming up the hill. It was coming around a corner and my headlights shone directly in on the driver. It was Juli, and she was crying, sobbing openly. The moment I saw that I wished I never had. I wished I was a million miles away from that spot. It was an incredibly personal moment that I had no right to be anywhere near.

Needless to say, that was the last time I went anywhere near there again. Of course, it helped that a few years later I moved to the Bay Area. Anyway, I get a twinge of that same feeling looking at these photos. Yes, the occasion is a happy one, but it's one meant for their friends and family, not a bunch of fans on the Internet.

This pic was (apparently) taken less than a week after the wedding - by the look on Bruce's face you can tell that he had most of the lyrics for the "Tunnel Of Love" album already worked out in his mind at that time:

To quote from another thread

"Stalking Bruce at his home is sick/creepy. Following his kids around is sick/creepy. Letting your heart out on at message board, after seeing your idol front row, is being a fan, like you or me."

This ain't certainly the latter....

This posted at 6:26 am this morning and already has over a 1000 hits. C'mon, this isn't his medical chart or his kids' First Communion photos. Some pix from his wedding reception to his first wife. It's interesting, all the more so, because his second wife was there. You can't write stuff more melodramatic than this. And I think it is significant in his life as a songwriter. He was living Tunnel of Love, one of (imho) his best albums - in my top 3 certainly.

Nothing "creepy" about it.
