  1. This is the coolest cat I’ve ever seen. He does all kinds of adventures in the Canadian Rockies. https://www.instagram.com/greatgramsofgary/
  2. I operate a motor vehicle every day while having symptoms that would fail a sobriety test thanks to a stroke. Doesn’t make me dangerous on the road. We’ll see what happens with Bruce and his charges
  3. Wouldn’t Bruce Inc. have mentioned this to Jeep if they thought this was something that could come back on him/them? Seems odd to me, but maybe we’ll learn more over time.
  4. How do you know what he was drinking in the ad? He was drinking something from a Thermos bottle cup. It could have been anything.
  5. I would think Bruce Inc. will be working hard to figure out a way to mitigate the damage. Hopefully this was a one time mistake and not something part of a bigger problem in Bruce’s life. He’s a human being. I’ve made the same stupid mistake myself.
  6. Where do you stand on the extremists from the far left? They seem to get a free pass by most on the liberal side of the ledger including the media. Their violence seems to get explained away, validated and even celebrated. In my opinion the right wing riot on January 6 was treasonous but I also think it’s wrong when the the left riots as well. I guess I’m in the Martin Luther King Jr. camp on that (despite the out of context quote by Congresswoman Cori Bush). Did she feel that way about the riot at the Capitol? Somehow I don’t think so.
  7. No. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/21/us/protests-portland-seattle-biden.html I’m done discussing this topic with you. I hope things improve for everyone.
  8. I must have missed that non-violent part when seeing the news in Portland this summer. I won’t argue with you but your country is hooped if you don’t figure out a way to get along with each other. I think there are plenty of areas where common ground can be found if people will try hard enough and actually listen to each other instead of dismissing each other outright.
  9. There can be a middle ground though if the middle and near middle from both sides rejected the extremes from both the left and the right.
  10. It looks to me like it’s the lid/cup from a thermos bottle.
  11. One of them would have most albums and has been to about 10 shows. Not sure about my other friend but she has been to several concerts.
  12. I don’t know that I converted anyone but I have introduced Bruce to at least two people who became big fans afterwards and I’ve been lucky to share concert experiences with many of my best friends. Even if they didn’t all “get it”, I think most of them got a kick out of seeing how much Bruce meant to me and were glad to have shared the experience.
  13. I usually slip in something from live 75-85, quite often The River with monologue. It kind of depends on the person though. Some people don’t pay attention to the lyrics only the music whereas others want to know the meaning behind the songs. Independence Day has hooked a few of my friends that were working through their relationship with their fathers.
  14. Also in no particular order 1. Johnny Cash 2. Neil Young 3. Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit 4. John Prine 5. Emmylou Harris
  15. Meowww. Patti looks stunningly beautiful and she and Bruce have a smouldering intensity. The mighty one is just a force on drums. Fantastic.
  16. No but I have thought about buying some of those as t-shirts. A cool quilt.
  17. So beautiful and talented!! What a great career she’s had to this point. Enjoying watch her boy play for the Rams this year, too.
