  1. There are a ton of songs that deserve to get more play. For whatever reason, I feel like all of the war horses from the Rising (Lonesome Day, Sunny Day, Mary's Place, and The Rising) should be retired for a while. They have been regulars at E Street shows for almost 20 years now. That would free up some space for less frequently played, but great songs like Downbound Train, Gypsy Biker, Streets of Fire, Kingdom of Days, If Wish I Was Blind...
  2. One of my favorite moments in any Bruce song is in The Promised Land where they go from the guitar solo, to the sax solo, and then harmonica comes in with the opening riff before the 3rd verse.
  3. Who knows. Anything from "the vault" should be a solid release. However, he may surprise us all, and it very well could end up being a Springsteen on Broadway show with no audience with an alternate ending that he was keeping sealed in "the vault". Lol
  4. The way he said it makes me feel like its Tacks 2 as opposed to a BITUSA box. He said something like they have been working on material from the vault for a release in the fall, which kinda hints more toward a general collection of tracks as opposed to revisiting a certain period in the band's history in my opinion. Pure speculation. Also, at this point why not wait until 2024 for the BITUSA box for the 40 year mark.
  5. This is a major downer. I get that this is exciting for a subset of his fanbase and people looking to go to a Broadway show, but its not my cup of tea.
  6. Same here. There is so much great material to tour behind with WS and LTY. I know WS is a solo album, but I bet they will have EStreet arrangements for select songs off that record. Moonlight, Sleepy Joe's, and Tuscon would translate well.
  7. The way I see it, I dont see why they couldnt at least schedule a US leg at this point.
  8. With 57 Channels and Nothing On and Radio Nowhere, it is clear Bruce is never satisfied with his electronic devices.
  9. The River. The studio version is okay, but the live version when he goes into falsetto at the end gives me chills everytime.
  10. It is a middle of the road album by his standards. This Depression is my favorite song that he wrote for the album. I really appreciate that he is so open about his mental health. I prefer the rock version of American Land on this album as opposed to the folk, Seeger version. Easy Money had potential to be a great rock song. I wish he would have ended it with a guitar solo as opposed to La la la la la las. I am not a huge fan of the rest of it. LOHAD from LINYC is far superior. I thought Jack of All Trades was good when it first came out, but it has not aged well in my opinion. Out of the 3 albums, WS is the best (I would rate WS as the 2nd best album of this century after Magic) followed by LTY and then WB.
  11. I feel like Nils didn't feel comfortable maybe fully showcasing his full skill set on those tours because he was still new to the band.
  12. Candy Room Brothers '83 All The Way Home County Fair Human Touch
  13. All That Heaven Will Allow My Love Will Not Let You Down Long Walk Home Dont Look Back Tuscon Train
  14. I dont really care what side of the political spectrum this ad favors... But he must understand that people have ben weathering a pandemic for almost a year on top of political unrest and protests on top of the day to day grind. People are losing their jobs and livelihoods everyday. Having any celebrity who has not had to leave their house except for special appearances give advice seems really off base.
  15. If they come out with a limited Springsteen Edition Jeep with his voiced used for the navigation system, I would consider buying it.
  16. What do you think he was writing on that piece of paper? And why was he lighting that candle? We may never know. For some reason, I feel the need to go to my local Jeep dealer tomorrow though.
  17. I'm hoping for 7 Nights To Rock, Stand On It, Johnny 99, and Reno.
  18. I would have to say Danny. His organ playing is so distinctive, and crucial to the classic E Street sound. It was really noticeable on songs off the new album where they were attempting to replicate that sound, but the style of organ play didn't quite match, and the organ didn't really stand out. Songs like Jackson Cage, Hungry Heart, Rosalita, Backstreets wouldn't have been what they are without his playing. It's like he was the magic dust sprinkled into all those songs.
  19. Santa Ana Lovers on the Cold Because the Night Meet Me in the City This Hard Land What album was Leavin Train written for? The guitar and vocals on that song are some of his best I have heard from the studio.
  20. Nashville to NYC would be a terrible drive. It would take all day. Bad weather this weekend too. Personally, I hope they play All Alone for Christmas with a special appearance by Darlene Love! Realistically, I could see them playing Ghosts, an E Street classic such as 10th Avenue, and Santa Clause.
