  1. Ah, thanks so much for listening. Really appreciate it. Glad you enjoyed it. He was great company.
  2. Hey everyone. Stevie is a guest on my podcast “Sending Signals” this week! You may remember Nils came on the show back in 2019. Anyway, Stevie was fantastic company; we really had fun I think. We obviously talk about The Disciples Of Soul, and his forthcoming book, but I ask some geeky questions about electric Nebraska, and the chances of E Street 22 happening. Hope you enjoy. Please let me know what you think! Matt Links: Apple: https://tinyurl.com/7kruerzd Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/ymah8xwk Web: https://tinyurl.com/4zmjpzzf
  3. This is really great. Weird to hear him on such a fuzzy lo-fi track. His guest spot on that Bon Iver track was unusual and understated too. It’s really cool to see him agreeing to some surprising collabs recently.
  4. Thanks; the thing that makes me doubt that it’s a Magic outtake is that Brendan O’Brien was the producer on that album and he hasn’t been given a credit in the LTY credits. Could’ve worked something out with him I guess.
  5. Sorry if covered already but anyone know the history of Rainmaker? When was it recorded and who plays on it? Thanks
  6. I also now happen to be in town during the Broadway run! Gonna enter the ballot obviously, but good to know about the returns line; the trouble is, I can't justify the price for most of the ticket bands. The likelihood of there being $75 dollar returns is pretty slim I'm guessing?
  7. Erm, the tweet said nothing about 5 months. You've doctored it. Not cool.
  8. Yeah go and have a look at the Fleetwood Mac setlists for this tour. And I'm not saying the FM show will be bad by any means, but I believe it's the same every night.
  9. You say how much does he think we earn but then suggest tour end of 2014 AND summer 2015?!That would bankrupt me, couldnt do it.But think I'm right in saying that's how it worked with new album tours in the past. I remember my buddy going to see The Rising at Wembley Arena quite late one year, then we went together to Crystal Palace the following Summer. I think with Magic there was a Winter O2 show and then I saw him at Emirates the following Summer. You're being a little unfair to my intelligence there. I also think it's too soon for Europe when he's not played the States for a while. Again, based on the past, there's normally two legs in the US for a new album isn't there. It's not that I don't want more Europe dates, although I can't afford it at the mo, I'm just thinking about the past. didnt mean to insult you at all.I read your comment as meaning two mini tours rather than summer 2014?To me, that would be very tempting but couldnt afford to both but I supoose could do one show at end of year and one or two in sumer....We will have to see what happens!Exciting times again!Sorry again.Lets get back to Bruce and being happy at all the rumours! No worries man, just spouting ideas myself. Just thought looking at past activity was reasonable. Who knows what will actually happen. Who would have thought he'd start playing festivals after that long for example. See you down the road.

  12. I'm surprised if this is part of a new album tour when the final WB dates haven't been played yet and there's been no album announcement. This could be a little one-off tour for the hell of it, sort of, but not quite WB. If it is the start of the cycle again, I can't see another European summer next year, how much does he think we earn?? It's got to be US first. Maybe do old school with Europe arenas in Autumn/Winter end of 2014, then Europe stadiums for Summer 2015. That seems the most likely balanced option to me.
  13. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious. This guy in my biology class says that if Ferris dies, he's giving his eyes to Stevie Wonder
  14. Is there anything solid about any of this. He's just come off a massive tour, which incidently still isn't finished yet. Pretty sure the South American dates are considered part of the Wrecking Ball tour. Can we really expect a new album the following month starting the machine and cycle whirring again. I just can't see it. Surely there will be a break, a tour DVD, quite probably an archive release next year, and then a new album late 2014. As much as I understand people's optimism and desire, of course.
  15. FULL CIRCLE. He opened this leg of the tour in Oslo with This Hard Land. Lovely touch.
  16. I can understand Born To Run and Dancing being played every night. But Sunny Day doesn't deserve it's status as a regular feature. Mind you, if he's going to have a kid sing a song, I'd rather it was one I don't like!
  17. Wishing I was there now. Got Darkness and BITUSA shows but not BTR. Still never heard Backstreets live.
