  1. Last in Group F with only 3 points, the Europa League looks inevitable for Arsenal.
  2. INXS - Listen Like Thieves (1985) 30 years old this year. INXS - Kick (1987) INXS - X (1990)
  3. No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom (1995) 20 years ago this year the world was introduced to the bubbly, cute, quirky and always interesting Gwen Stefani. Tragic Kingdom was the album that broke No Doubt and ushered in a mini ska-rock revival out of California. http://www.billboard.com/articles/review/album-review/6722946/no-doubt-tragic-kingdom-anniversary-track-by-track
  4. I didn't realize you were an Alanis Morissette fan Potstan. She sure was the "big thing" in the mid 90's and a very successful Canadian export. Too bad her follow-up albums post-Jagged Little Pill were so weak. I was never a fan largely due to Alanis's singing voice but I did enjoy her female empowerment message in an industry filled with pop-tart stars.
  5. Mesut Ozil is back in form. He's equalled his assist tally (9) from last season with 17 less games played. Ozil seems to have found his feet and is playing his best since he left Real Madrid.
  6. 15 Years Ago...... In 2000, after a wonderful decade of experimentation U2 got back to their roots and essentially returned home releasing the back-to-basics All That You Can't Leave Behind (2000) I remember how thrilled I was hearing Beautiful Day for the first time. Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno were once again in the drivers seat. The Edge plugged-in his old Gibson Explorer guitar that he used 20 years before during the Boy sessions. The overall result was a wonderful album that ushered in the mature and new millennium U2.
  7. 35 Years Ago.... Four lads from Dublin burst onto the music scene with their debut album Boy (1980). Rooted in Post-Punk, U2 made an earnest musical statement that laid the blue-prints for the bands defining sound.
  8. 3-0 A beautiful Giroud header, a Swansea keeper error and Campbell's first goal for the Gunners. Cool beans Arsenal......cool beans.
  9. Klopp's turd is sure looking polished today. Great job Liverpool. The Jurgen era has arrived.
  10. Guns N' Roses - Use Your Illusion I & II (1991) ........enough said.
  11. America Jr? You've obviously never been to Canada.
  12. Are you drunk already Roy or are you just plain stupid?
  13. I agree it's not the most important but it is good to see the youngsters that the larger teams put out and it gives those kids a chance that these days they rarely get. Good point Ian, basically the League Cup is a glorified training exercise for the youth players.
  14. The best thing Arsenal can do is drop out of the Capital One Cup so they can focus on tourneys that actually matter ie Champions, Premier League and FA Cup.
  15. It's only half time, calm down. I'm not even watching the game, as I said before I don't care about the Capital One Cup.
