  1. Bit premature as we haven't done Nov /Dec 78, but who am I to criticise a bunch of shares many thanks!
  2. Speaking of George Wang....does anyone have these versions of his? 2005-11-08 (& 09) Wachovia Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA 2005-11-13 Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, NJ thanks!
  3. My final act of the day 2009-06-10 Bergen, Norway (EW (Eddy) Version) https://mega.nz/folder/WEhW2KJZ#QJEyARvGAYXZPS_EFv7YoQ 2009-06-13 Manchester, TN - Bonnaroo Dream (Scott Bernstein-Fanatic Records Edit) https://mega.nz/folder/qBxCCa7b#Zdfe3tFCfm3z_J2C6u_10g 2009-07-12 Dublin, Ireland (Bakerstuff Version) https://mega.nz/folder/jJp0HYTL#Pg-zbzxaX-TAL0hR4m1c0A 2009-07-26 Bilbao, Spain - You Never Can Tell in Bibao (Javichun-Ev2) https://mega.nz/folder/vN50kSaL#j9nBSb-O4XFQDuSIUQ37Uw enjoy!
  4. Hi, Here's the other 2: Flac, (art, info etc where available): 2006-06-05 Los Angeles, CA (Calrust Version) https://mega.nz/folder/vIpSAYJZ#RvbbOvatfWb8t7OmnOy79A 2003-09-14 Chapel Hill, NC (George Wang Version) https://mega.nz/folder/eMoSwKYC#Jre7VOGaDb-vor_vqcs93g enjoy!
  5. You may have to speak nicely to @bosstrade01
  6. was I not right? I remember hearing it many years ago, & it took me a few years after that to track it down, before the days of the interweb, & was overjoyed when I finally found a vinyl boot of that gig
  7. You pair are going to turn me into an emotional wreck at this rate..... Spinning RITS now.
  8. It's another version I've played hundreds of times, just never though of pairing it with 'Drift Away', but thinking about it, it does fit perfectly. That's the beauty of so much of Bruce's music, a full-blown head-on rocker can sound just as good, if not better, stripped to the bare bones, with just an acoustic guitar, or piano. I'll be crying my eyes out in a minute.... Just pure class!
  9. If no-one else is doing it, I'll do this one: "Can't Help Falling in Love CDR" Flac, (art, info etc where available): 1981-04-19 Can't_Help_Falling_in_Love-Paris https://mega.nz/folder/rVwymCRI#_UbIRKwE22dYiUJTnWTdoQ enjoy!
  10. Just to advise, @Born To Rockkindly uploaded this one 3 hours ago
  11. Hi, Here's one, the other does not circulate: Flac, (art, info etc where available): 1979-01-01 Richfield, OH - Meeting Across The River (I Have A Dream Records - Silver) hrubesh https://mega.nz/folder/OIJ30aBS#VJ5ofNHifT-Uf3UB2zDLPg enjoy! Edit: it's always worth going direct to the date, & click on the 'Recording' tab, for info on releases: http://brucebase.wikidot.com/gig:1979-06-03-whisky-a-go-go-west-hollywood-ca
  12. ah, ok, thanks Jim. it sounds like someone else was also singing that line in the background, I just assumed it was both - I don't suppose there's any video circulating for this ? It must have been amazing to be there! Will give NS a spin in a mo, after I've finished the album itself
  13. some great sharing going on folks, well done to all of you!
  14. Drift Away - 1984 Brendan Byrne - on the latest Live Series (Songs under Cover v2) - I've said it before & I'll say it again - this song is enough to make grown men weak at the knees - & the fact that it's Stevie joining Bruce on stage (who's not touring with him at that stage) - & they sing the line 'thanks for the joy 20 years have given me' - wow! Two best friends reuniting & pouring out their emotions - doesn't get any better than that @JimCT gets it, as does @sunshine2020 & I'm sure many others do also...
  15. Davy Knowles - an absolute legend - his guitar-playing is just stunning, if you like blues (& are a fan of the likes of Rory Gallagher), you'll love Danny As SvZ said, just check out Y/T, maybe look for Band Of Friends material, it's just out of this world - can you tell I'm a big fan
  16. Yes, looking for the ones Sunshine hasn't posted.
  17. No - @twink has everything in Eddy's site, just that one I have which has a good check-sum, otherwise Sept is done - unless anyone has something not yet documented.....
  18. Fantastic, many thanks! This looks to be a good version of 'Last Night...', but best to double-check: Flac, (art, info etc where available): 1978-09-21 Passaic, NJ - Last Night At The Capitol Theatre (Godfatherecords - Silvers) https://mega.nz/folder/7ZgyASBS#hDQK84HXY_w15ZlPuff2DQ enjoy!
  19. we'll continue this 'discussion' later In the meantime, I'm checking for a good version of 09-21 for checksums, just before my next work meeting....
