Several Beatles and Bruce songs spring to mind that would be in my top 50.

Glory Days certainly deserves a shout.

But there's no guitar riff in Glory Days

No Louie Louie? No My, My. Hey, Hey? No Jumpin' Jack Flash? No Wild Thing?

There's something terribly wrong with the people who did this.

Btw, I don't think there's any Bruce riff that could be in that top 50. Bruce has never been about catchy guitar riffs. He could be in a top 50 greatest piano riffs, though. Glory Days is one of the few songs he has with a distinct guitar riff but it's not really that good.

Glory Days is hardly a "guitar riff" song.

First few bars.

In my head at least.

Fair play, it's more a bunch of chords than a real riff, but they seem to have applied the term riff rather loosely anyhow, so I think you should be entitled to your Glory Days.
