Best film I have watched this week...but a wee disclaimer I do not think it would be Jimmy James`s cup of tea.

p.s. the closing song by Mary J Blige is very good.

Your disclaimer suggests I’d love it.

I'm surprised there's not a topic like this. Anyway... Moonrise Kingdom.

Finally saw Three Billboards this weekend. Excellent flick!   I have never seen Frances McDormand be any less than outstanding, in any role she assumes.

Eventually got round to finishing Jack Reacher. By heck, Tom Cruise is good at this sort of thing, isn't he? :)

I watched The Debt this afternoon. I then had to go looking online for somebody to explain the end to me. :)

Quite interesting, nevertheless.

Today's film was News Of The World - really nice little story.

No TV tonight for me so it may well be On Golden Pond ... haven't seen that in ages, just bought the dvd.

demonic possession

shaving or cutting

finger or toe mutilation

animal abuse

I was a bit confused cos I wondered why I'd find it useful.

I meant I needn't watch it cos she's given the game away - not cos I don't want to watch something where people die.

Heck, I wouldn't watch war stuff if I was hoping all would end well. :) Mind you, I do have a problem with real life footage.

It was more for Daisey, but it is quite useful to warn people if they are upset by certain content - not just death.

Pretty Typical but enjoyable at this stage of movies.

Is the one where Liam Neeeson plays the guy who has someone after him or set him up, or something has happened to him or his family and he has to avenge them or figure out who set him up?
