smiler
Chelsea might have to sell some players as Mr Abramovich lost a bit of money according to latest Rich list & now he's only got £7.2 Billion. Not sure if he'll be able to help in any Big Transfers!.

GreetingsFromBarcelona
Gary Neville makes some valid points for Chelsea haters who call the clubs play "boring". It's a "spot on" article and worth a read: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/9828966/gary-neville-criticise-chasing-pack-before-saying-chelsea-are-boring

Mission Man in AZ
I loved the idea that Drogba was on the pitch fot the last three games to seal the title. My favorite player and truly a class individual.
AMIW
nbc just said that chelski wont be given the trophy against Liverpool but against sunderland - will the sheikhs of abu dhabi not hand it over or something??
Mission Man in AZ
Apparently it is PL policy that the trophy is not presented until after the last game.
AMIW
ah so if the last game were away it would be presented in front of 2000 or so away fans???

Perisic
Well deserved indeed. Played some nice football in the first part of the season. Second part was one big yawn but they got the results.
GreetingsFromBarcelona
Only a 5 year wait for Chelsea since their last league title. Liverpool on the other hand..........25 years........and still waiting

newcastle roy
Best team won. Hazard player of the season as well? Boring ? Nope. Professional. Efficient. Winners
AMIW
one of the things the nbc folks concentrated on was how few players Chelsea used this season compared to other teams only 22 - 2 of whom were sold at xmas (Schurrle and salah), one of whom joined at xmas and played rarely (cuadrado) and one of whom played less than 2 minutes of footie (loftus-cheek) all season so basically a settled 18. a very settled side and obviously less injuries than other sides.
