doesthisbusstop
They won’t take united seriously as a title threat unless we beat them at Anfield. It’s a free hit for Ole as he’s just pleased not to be favourite in the sack race.

Imagine the banter.

Ha ha yeah could you just imagine, waiting 30 years to go from 18 to 19 then United took it off them straight away
Archie Hunter
Ah yes, the banter, between Liverpool and Manchester United 'supporters'. Such fun.

AMIW
Liverpool Football Club is deeply saddened by the passing of Gerry Marsden. A Scouser and lifelong Liverpool fan, Marsden was the lead singer of 1960s Merseybeat band Gerry and the Pacemakers, whose rendition of You'll Never Walk Alone was adopted by the Kop in 1963. The group's third number one single - a cover of Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic - became famous throughout the world as Liverpool FC's anthem and is played moments before kick-off of every home game at Anfield. Sung in times of both celebration and commiseration, Gerry's interpretation of You'll Never Walk Alone will forever be inextricably linked to the club he loved. RIP Gerry Marsden, 1942-2021 Gerry
AMIW
liverpool name only 1 centre back - assuming you count fabinho as a centre half this could be either a master stroke or a disaster

doesthisbusstop
Well done Danny Ings, always rated him. Still think Anfield is a must win game for United though in 2 weeks time as LFC will find form again at some point.

Ridiculous expert analysis from Carragher and Ince tonight saying LFC can’t score goals and must change their attacking style. Would love to know what they thought after the 7-0 win at Palace which was ages ago on 19th December.
Johan14Cruyff
I think we possibly have the best first eleven in the league but our squad ranks about 5th or 6th. Really missed Jota as there is zero option off the bench. Can’t see us signing a CB either, which is infuriating. Would like to see us put out a strong team Friday but that ain’t going to happen either!
