@Jerseyfornia, I played it today.  Made me a bit sad really.  Living in the shadow of his brothers couldn't have been easy.  I was reading the back cover and Joe Walsh is mentioned as one of the guitarists.  I guess it's 'the' Joe Walsh?

They should have just made the kid a Bee Gee. That was his dream and they wrote, produced and performed on so much of his music anyway. When I was 12 until I was 15, every girl in the neighborhood wanted to marry Andy Gibb. His last hit was really good.

Yeah, the one and only Joe Walsh actually plays guitar on (Love Is) Thicker Than Water and I Just Want To Be Your Everything.

I gave myself a goal this year to watch every one of my music concert DVDs and Blu Rays, start to finish, in alphabetical order. I have some I've only watched bits of, some I watch often...

I have an SD Blu Ray of the Bee Gees 'One Night Only' show, from about 20 years ago in Vegas. I'd never actually watched it right through. And it was tremendous. They give a very emotional tribute to Andy during the show. And watching them do the Grease songs with footage of the movie on the screen while Olivia Newton-John is front row dancing with her daughter Chloe, just amazing.

It's a great show. The full show is available on youtube and I'd tell any Bee Gees doubters to check it out.

I hate to say this because it's getting too crowded as-is, but...if you dig the DBTs, you really owe it to yourself to do their Athens Homecoming run.  3 nights (or more) filled with great friends, cool restaurants, and life-affirming rock & roll.  Every year I leave exhausted, typically sick, and immunized against another year of bullshit.

FYI, this years shows:

Homecoming Night 1:

Openers:  Dexateens

DBT set:

Get On The Plane
PPOTM
Devil Don't Stay
Used To Be A Cop
Slow Ride Argument
Heroin Again
Pin Hits The Shell

Gravity's Gone
18
Zip City
Heathens
3DD
Buttholeville/State Trooper
Grievance Merchants
Awaiting Resurrection
Love Like This
Opening Act
Sounds Better In The Song
Tornadoes
Ghost To Most
Lookout Mountain
Ramon Casiano

Night 2:

Openers:  Grand Vapids

DBT set:

Sink Hole
Uncle Frank
This Fucking Job
Made Up English Oceans
Rosemary
Slow Ride Argument
Heroin Again
3DD
Armageddon
Gravity's Gone
Wednesday
Pin Hits The Shell
Box Of Spiders
72
DD & Naked
Guitar Man
Why Henry Drinks
WWW
18 Wheels
Devil Don't Stay
Steve McQueen
Get On The Plane
Angels/Fuselage

Night 3:

Openers: Jerry Joseph and The Stiff Boys (5 guys named Patterson, Mike, Brad, Jay, and Matt). I did not know his stuff. I should. Amazing set, and the guys were having a blast backing him up. Patterson produce a soon-to-be released album from him. Wait until you hear what this fucker does! Favorite was a song named Sugar Smacks

And then the boys stuck the landing. Cooley was so baked he played Ghost To Most twice, and they just barreled right thru it and made the second time more incendiary than the first.

Surrender
Darkened Flags
Ramon Casiano
Armageddon
Grievance Merchants
Awaiting Resurrection
Ghost To Most
Goodesfield Rd
WWW
Play It All Night Long
Devil Don't Stay
Heroin Again
