Lampi
It is -maybe- easy to forget that for a short time, only a few years, Simple Minds made some very great, very exiting and also influential music. A not so great (to say the least) debut album, a good second album (not really good Side 1, but Side 2 is really good) and the very great albums Empires And Dance, Sons and Fascination/Sister Feelings Call and New Gold Dream. After that the bombastic but still pretty good (not great) Sparkle In The Rain-and then they blew it all. Very sad. This, Empires And Dance, is not quite as great as Sons and Fascination/Sister Feelings Call and New Gold Dream (but it is great), but it is the most exiting Simple Minds album. Their 'European album', influenced by touring Europe (the continent) and sounding very early 80s (in a good way). While the greatness lies in the album as a whole and not individual songs, a special mention for Thirty Frames A Second, the most exiting song on the album (yes I've used the word 'exiting' a few times now, but that is what this album is-great and exiting, yet with the best still to come, and years before, to quote a review of the Once Upon A Time album, it all got quiet on the Waterfront).
Lampi
Maybe a little difficult to read what this is. T-Bone Burnett, The Criminal Under My Own Hat.

Blackcowboys01
Garcia Live Volume 12 is a three-CD live album by Jerry Garcia and Merl Saunders. It was recorded on January 23, 1973 at the Boarding House in San Francisco. It was released on December 20, 2019. At this concert, Jerry Garcia (electric guitar, vocals) and Merl Saunders (keyboards, vocals) were accompanied by their usual rhythm section of John Kahn (bass guitar) and Bill Vitt (drums). They were joined by vocalist Sarah Fulcher, who often sang with the band in the early part of 1973.

Lampi
The somewhat -it seems- underrated final studio album by the Smiths-but Morrissey & Marr both consider this the best Smiths album. Some of their best work on this album, including Girlfriend In A Coma and Last Night I Dreamed Somebody Loved Me (you would say only Morrissey can write a song (lyrics) with such a title). Special mention for Paint A Vulgar Picture, predicting as early as 1987 the re-issue, re-rerelease, re-packing, re-master and super-de-luxe box sets industry that has grown bigger and bigger over the years; not least the re-issue of the back catalogue of The Smiths and Morrissey themselves. Lampi
An album only to listen to very late (or very early, in the wee wee hours), and with the lights out. Sounding more like an album from 1932 than from 2002!
