Talented central midfielder Koke is not in Atletico Madrid's starting XI after a hamstring injury he picked up during the Eibar match. Currently Atletico are 1-0 up against Getafe.

On another topic, I have always enjoyed Fernando Torres and been a fan of his since day one. This Sky Sports article from Guillem Balague states that Torres is a man reborn since rejoining his boyhood club of Atletico Madrid. I would agree.

apparently ex Liverpool superstar :o Iago Aspas has scored against Barcelona today according to Beeb

Yes, and an ex Barcelona youngster has also scored for Celta, two very good goals...

Rout could be on the cards here tonight.

You may be right dr......this could be a rout tonight. ;)

Currently there are 4 former Barca players at Celta de Vigo, Luis Enrique knows a thing or two about this club as he was a former manager as recently as 2013-14, he took them to 9th in the table. Right now, Celta are sitting 5th in the Liga BBVA table with 10 points.

Guidetti who never got a look in at Man City scores - thought he was at Celtic but obviously not

See post #221.

Unbelievable how bad our defending is this year! Celta de Vigo sub- Giudetti finishes from inside the box while Barca twiddles their thumbs watching. <_<

Wow, Celta de Vigo wanted it far, far more. Goals from Nolito and Aspas gave them a deserved lead. Celta's keeper Sergio was incredible tonight making many incredible saves. Despite hitting the post and skying the post Barca looked tired and ragged plus their defending was the worst I've seen in a donkeys age! A five-star performance from Celta and they can be proud. This is Barcelona's first defeat of the La Liga season.
