I was at that show still one of the best I ever saw. Pulled tix on a drop at 11am that morning in Lexington, Ky drove 6 hours to get there, well worth it.  I wear the recording of that show out.

I remember texting Jusge Brown on the way out of the show that if it was my last Bruce show I could live with it, it was that great.   It was on the heels of another great one I attended in Charleston SC which I ran into the Judge at.

sadly despite being only 20 years old the dome has been abandoned as the owner followed the greed and bribery of the NFL and is off to rake in billions by moving to L.A

originally next to the Dump that Jumps but eventually to the Forum and the former Hollywood racecourse...

On the campus of Saint Louis University. I wonder how the pit system will go for this show? Floor space is at a premium and seats facing the stage head on behind the GA extends far out onto the floor.

I was also at that show. But was to new to the whole obsession I'm into now to understand how epic it was. Still knew it was outstanding and a ton of fun.

Chaifetz Arena holds 10,600 people. That is about as intimate a show we'll see this tour. Heck almost everybody is in the pit already!:D

Discovering Greasy Lake for me was bound up with the Reunion Tour as a 21 year old in post good Friday agreement Belfast.  This place despite the pedantic anglicisation of post 2005 remains exceedingly cool so ...

despite the objective and arguably valid "pastiche of himself" criticisms of this ad hoc/chicken scratch tour in reverse I was always heading stateside as opposed to Croker or an English field for this tour.

Me and my fellow acolyte Barry from Newry had booked for Paul Brady (highly endorsed) on the Sunday nite of Louisville so have headed for this show instead - a couple of weeks later.

His first show was TOL Dublin 1988 and mine the Joe Ely/ Jerry Lee Lewis Satans Jewel Crown 1993 era - we were both 14 at the time...

We drove up past the arena before breakfast - barely the size of the Newry Leisure centre where Roy Oribson used to show up.

We are in section 118 beside stage and roll into town with decided tail gating intentions...

Hope to report further from the scene and soundcheck from around 1400 tamarra.

We are off to Ferguson in a while to properly "Bruce Juice "this trip.

We have the Highest Hopes for the loosest of loosest post River segment.

Broooooce /E-street Nation  - a highlight of the internets - people like Andrew/Magnus/Daisey and Stevies Wig (C.) sum the whole thing up!

Keep Paying the wholesome Price 'Y'all

Paddy & Baswell

The dump that jumps in near Downtown L.A. This place you mentioned is actually the Forum. He played the Forum in 1978 and then 2002. Every other time has been The Sports Arena, The Coliseum (Big Football Stadium, or Dodger's Stadium.
