WTF is the lineage of that I ludicrous thing?

I can't make out the lyrics and I can't find the reproduced anywhere.

I've had some of the most fun days out ever at Highland League games, proper football played and run by guys that care about the game and their own clubs.

And the craic at the grounds is just the best.

OK getting bits and pieces.....there's 18 teams in the Highland League, not 16.

Brora Rangers won it about three seasons ago.

Inverurie Locos (Inverurie Loco Works to give their full name) did indeed play Airdrie in the cup, the attendance was boosted by a number of "scallies" from Aberdeen heading along looking for "pwopah nawteeee" antics with Airdrie's once notorious "Section B" ( Huns without bus fares).

And Claggan Park, Fort William does indeed have a lovely view of Ben Nevis.

Cheers Bud.

To nit pick........ "Broch" (another name for Fraserburgh) has an H on the end.

"Clach" (short for Clachnacuddin) has an h rather than a k at the end.

Clach are my Highland League team, when I first moved to Inverness I bought my flat from their left back.

He was on Leicester's books for a while.

I'm told that the town of Buckie is well known for its "belly button softies" but I've never indulged.

Footballers covering up their mouth when they talk to each other on the pitch is starting to get on my nerves.

Not just in top league games all over the world but even in the lower leagues they do it, i mean who gives a fuck what Man City, Scunthorpe or Fleetwood  players are saying !

How many fitba players can lip read?

I'll wager nae many.....I've wondered for a while what the point of that is.

I wouldn't put it past some managers, naming no names, to put a lip reader someplace with a pair of binoculars and phone or a radio.  Then its would be a simple matter of a set of signs to direct the club.  But I'm a fan of baseball where similar shenanigans aren't unheard of so I might just be paranoid.

Any of you lot heard about Clapton CFC ?

Fan owned and a great story about their new away strip.....based on the Spanish Republic flag and the International Brigade slogan: No Pasaran.

Been selling loads around the world since they got some news coverage.

La Liga is yet to confirm details of its first game in the US, but reports say Miami is to host Girona's 27 January home tie with Barcelona.

[girona is part owned by man city group and has 3 of their players "on loan" there
