Knowing me knowing you, we both know the name of the game and the winner takes it all, in this tie. Its not about the money money money, when its all said and done, gimme, gimme gimme, a semi fin

My heart can't handle this, it's worse than trying to get Springsteen tickets

After the world cup is over I'm not going to remove the English flag I had painted on my roof.  The amount of food parcels I got was unbelievable.

Phil Jones instead of Smalling - would be interested in BusStops thought on that one

Eleven different clubs FROM TGLITW are represented in Gareth Southgate's 23-man squad. Tottenham have the most with five players, with four from both Manchester City and Manchester United.

Top 9 in the league are represented, I would argue Loftus-Cheek is not a Palace player as he is owned by Chelski.

Only player from bottom half of table is Pickford

Arsenal: Danny Welbeck.

Burnley: Nick Pope.

Chelsea: Gary Cahill.

Crystal Palace: Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Everton: Jordan Pickford

Leicester: Harry Maguire, Jamie Vardy.

Liverpool: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson

Manchester City: Fabian Delph, Raheem Sterling, John Stones, Kyle Walker

Manchester United: Phil Jones, Jesse Lingard, Marcus Rashford, Ashley Young

Stoke: Jack Butland.

Tottenham: Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Harry Kane, Danny Rose, Kieran Trippier.

Who misses out...

So, who is missing out from this squad and the stand-by list? Here are those who may have thought they had a chance or had been called up recently.

Goalkeepers: Joe Hart.

Defenders: Alfie Mawson (injured), Jamaal Lascelles, Michael Keane, Chris Smalling, Ryan Bertrand, Luke Shaw, Joe Gomez (injured), Lewis Dunk.

Midfielders: Jonjo Shelvey, Michail Antonio, Jack Wilshere, Ryan Sessegnon, Jack Cork.

Forwards: Theo Walcott, Tammy Abraham.

Anybody else think our midfield lacks a little? Would have took Defoe not Welbeck. Shelvey had a great second half of the season for us, quite attacking when he wants to be and fills in the defence when needed. Nevermind ill back Southgate, think he a decent fella and knows what the plan is.

I've actually gambled quite succesfully on the last few World Cups, 2006 was a cracker, one of my most successful spells of betting, but 2010 and 14 were decent.

Jinxed the fuck out of this one early doors now.:D

Very unlikely both will happen but in the span of a couple of weeks Jordan Henderson could have lifted both the Champions League and World Cup trophies.

Hoping Real knack the scousers and have never been a lover of the national team, but I won't lie, it'd be great to see a good Sun'land lad lift those trophies - same applies for Jordan Pickford concerning the World Cup.

Oh I dont know Roy, you might get a surprise.

Southgate has decided not to practise penalties, seems a good move as we wont get that far.

Southgate seems to know what he's doing, yup I definitely trust him
