problems with my e-mail

Hi

I had what I thought was a suspicious e-mail, so I changed the password on my Madasafish e-mail and then on my BT account, BT supply by broadband, I now can't get e-mail, I have spoken to both Madasfish and dear BT, the password on my Madasafish is correct, and I have changed the BT password.

When I go to check my e-mail, I click on the send/recieve button, when I now do this I get a little box come up, and asked for the network password, I put in the password, but it still doesn't work.

Can anyone please help.
