I've discovered a show on netflix called Springsteen On Broadway, it's about a rock and roll superstar. I recommend it, I've watched it 18 times already.

good news Kominsky Method season 2 on October 25th (probably not in HobbitLand for Daisey though)

Yeah, great stuff. Great writing, and great performances from that young cast.

Well, Daisey, so far I've watched Brucie on Broadway, Springsteen & I, The Haunting of Hill House, Bird Box and three different Barbra Streisand concerts

(I'm on 2 weeks' school holidays at the moment - that's my excuse ;)). Not sure if most of those would interest you though.

I didn't know about the Barbra Streisand concerts - will look out for those when I get home.

Daisey, we don't have everything that Netflix USA has.

There are different licensing agreements that mean many shows that are available on  Netflix USA, aren't necessarily available to us down here.

All of the Netflix originals are, but after that, it's not the same. But all of the above recommendations (even Springsteen and I) are available.

Today I watched the first episode of 'The Vietnam War - a film by Ken Burns'. Fascinating and harrowing.  It starts right at the beginning with the French occupation back in the 19th century.  I had no idea.

im.glad thats there

i missed a few episodes when tvnz had it on demand last year

I think you might like a series called Wanted Daisey.

Two woman totally unconnected at a bus stop see a crime and they end up on the run,it has it's amusing moments and part of the second series is in New Zealand.

i just finished the 4th season of Grace and Franky

it was so much better than Transgender (i didn't like the adult children in transgender)

the Grace and Franky characters are most enjoyable and well written
