Geordie 99

UK General release of Western Stars movie

Has anybody been paying attention regarding how long the film is? Says it starts at 7.30 … can't be THAT long, surely. Just checking trains.

I can't flap my arms that fast so I'll let the train take the strain.

How did you do that? I can't get the date up.

Hi Eileen

As Red Headed Woman has advised, click on the 'what's on' link on the Odeon website and either scroll down the list of films, or click on the magnifying glass icon and type in WS.

Looks like it's on at Silverlink, Metrocentre and Durham in our neck of the woods.

They're also showing the recent Q&A that Bruce did, after the film.

Hope you get sorted.

Hiya! Thanks for the heads-up regarding the showing.

I got through straight away but it wasn't allowing me to get further than the first few steps … then, the next time, I was able to do so.  I've joined, been in twice and picked my seat … then dilly-dallied so much I was timed out both times.

Kate's coming for tea but I don't think she'll want to go. I'm undecided. If I DO go I'll give you a wave! :)

I wondered whether the Metrocentre was in Newcastle. Think I went to see something there with my niece when she was at uni in Newcastle.

The Screen showing it in Leeds looks tiny (ie it holds very few people)

I think I'm free that night so I've booked.

£15.75 including 75p online booking fee.

A bit steep to say the least.

Is there any definitive list of cinemas showing this?

Do you have an Odeon near you, if you go onto the Odeon site it list all the Cinema showing the film.

£15 is the average cost of a movie here, so...They're showing it at my local Odeon so I may go. Can't imagine the town is bursting with Bruce fans so I should get a ticket relatively easily.
