I need 3 more concerts to make it 50 Bruce shows. I don’t want it to end on 47. If it does I will just have to count my three Western Stars cinema shows so I get my half century

Solo acoustic version of Moonlight Motel and I would be in bits!!

I expect it will rain in Manchester as usual.

There's been talk about a major rock concert at Ullevi the weekend after Midsummer. There was supposed to be an athletic event at the stadium that weekend, but apparently its booking has to be changed (according to the athletes' organisation) due to a concert. Hasn't been confirmed of course.

Booking a hotel shouldn't be a problem, but getting the tickets...

I'm already panicking!

In my time on E Street, I have never seen anyone not get to go. We got this Silvia. We got you.

Ullevi is high on my target list. I’ve done Stockholm (2009) but never Gothenburg. And last time they even sold pit tickets or “Front Standing” as they are known. That makes it a must try to go to location. That and the fact that Sweden is a top 3 Bruce fanatical hotbed in Europe.

I bet Missouri doesn't get a date, due to political issues. Bruce will stand against. Which means a trip to Chicago or St. Paul/Minny

He always plays St. Louis.   He'll probably give you a little lecture then play "41 Shots".

That's what he did in Cincy during our race riots when he played there under protest from the pre-BLM community.

Stadium shows in Europe next summer are going to be very difficult to arrange as many of the big football stadiums will be getting used for Euro 2020. If however all goes well I would love to see Bruce at the Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg or the San Siro in Milan, but I really want to take a trip stateside and fulfil a lifetimes ambition and see Bruce in his home environment either in New Jersey or in New York.

I'm thinking more along the lines of our abortion laws.

BTW: no Wrecking Ball/ High Hopes for STL.

Thank you for your encouragement, it means a lot to me...  I know I am not the only one in fear when it comes to purchasing tickets.

There’s an interview with Bruce in a Swedish newspaper, where he says that yes, they are going to record an album and yes, they are going on tour. And asked if he’s coming to Sweden he says yes. Stockholm or Gothenburg, it doesn’t matter which city. ”Stockholm is a beautiful city”.
This interview was made in London a couple of days ago. He also says that they are  not going to play the Western Stars songs on the upcoming tour. ”That’s why I made the film”.

It looks like the Ullevi rumour is based on the news that the stadium is available around Midsummer 2020. I’m holding all my thumbs and toes,  but I wouldn’t bet on it.
