Ironically, we had to drive to the outskirts of Munich for the film, which happens to be the place where my first Bruce show took place in 93. A lot happened to both of us since. The life that happene

I will post this in hopes it finds you well. I will include these two quotes as an introduction to what I have written. The first one is a favorite quote from a movie where a Texas law man has decided

Everyone's comments and expectations have got me even more excited to see the film day after tomorrow, but there's one thing I don't share with most of you and that's the desire for a nearby showing.

Do you prefer it live to the album?

On the screen I'm sure it'll sound even better, but I'll have to wait another month and more for the release, so I will only comment the soundtrack.

To my ears it sounds, fresher, slightly rougher and an overall a better version of an album that doesn't count amongst my top Bruce listens (though still very good).

The soundtrack sounds basically as a remixed and partly overdubbed version of the album plus a bonus track, in my case for the better, but now what shall we do with our least favorite version?

("a bear mat" says the cat)

(but she's just jelaous I love Bruce as much as I love her)

I've got my hands over my ears and my eyes shut - not telling you what I'm typing with.

Can I get a refund on my original cd please?  I'll wait to hear it on Monday then might ask Santy for it.

Don't give up hope Daisey. At first it only seemed to be on in very few cinemas in the UK, but gradually more venues have been added.  Fingers crossed for you.

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but where am I able to watch the movie in the UK? Specifically in Newcastle?

Is it only showing on Monday 25th? All the cinemas I've searched just seem to be showing it on that date, which I'm unable to make!!

Not sure about Newcastle, but if you're really desperate there's a showing in our Empire Cinema on Monday 28th at 8pm.

Whilst waiting for Amazon, I think I'll have a drive over to the cinema to find out where exactly it is!!

Maybe wasn't the best idea on a Friday afternoon in pouring rain when the shortest route is via the M1

To avoid a big queue I had to go the long way round which meant approaching the cinema from a direction where I couldn't find the car park. Having resolved that and found the cinema, I tried to collect my prepaid ticket only to find I had the wrong card with me. Asking where I could collect it, I was surprised to be directed to the bar.

I managed one junction on the M1 before the queue signs appeared which meant taking the cross country route I was trying to avoid as parts of the road are prone to surface water in the rain.

Still no sign of Amazon!
