They've insisted that the ticket price remains at £30, the same as their last tour.  Yep, £30 for an arena show.  Top bloke.  Top lady.

There's the usual fees on top, but still very cheap for an Arena show. I got a ticket for Leeds through a pre-sale this morning.

I took this on the last tour:

I love how Jacqui became a pop star, not once but twice, without ever trying. Talent will out!

It's a lovely story.

There was a brilliant Heaton documentary a little while ago on Channel 4, but it seems to have disappeared from the 'on demand' service.

Anyone suspect that the Diana Ross tour announced today might cost a slight touch more than thirty quid?

Odd that there's no Manchester date to promote an album called 'Manchester Calling'

There must be at least one show!

I know that they don't have to sell bugger all to get a number one record these days, but it must still be a thrill to have a number one album.

Deacon Blue at four, another excellent record. Ricky Ross is on a hot streak with four great albums in eight years. No sign of writer's block in his sixties.

For some reason in South Africa the full pre-order of City of Love is only available this friday, the 21st. Still only have the 3 songs pre-released, which I enjoy.

I'm guessing the YouTube playlist of the whole album is blocked for you?

Aye....  City of Love, Hit me Where It Hurts and Wonderful I can watch but any of the tracks not yet released 'video unavailable'.

I can wait.... I don't mind. It's just unusual. I've gotten used to getting albums the same day as the US and UK.
