Neither. There have been way too many people onstage for way too long. Just give me a stripped down E Street Band - Bruce, Steve, Garry, Nils, Max, Charlie, Jake, Roy. Nobody else.

If I absolutely have to choose, I’ll take the horns. Please no orchestra or strings. Please no hootenanny band.

He could've avoided that nonsense altogether by dropping Secret Garden full stop. The real debate from those sessions should've been whether horns should be added to Back In Your Arms

Can't stand his voice on BIYA. He over sings and over emotes (is that a real word?).

I agree about the horns. They would really enhance it.

Put me down for a no.

I like a spare arrangement on that one.

Back In Your Arms replacing Secret Garden (with or without strings).

Electric Blood Brothers (from Blood Brothers EP) or the still unreleased alternate version of Blood Brothers replacing the GH Blood Brothers version.

1983 This Hard Land (Tracks version) instead of GH This Hard Land version.

Nope, there is history and chemistry with Steve and Bruce. Not so much with Soozie. Also, Steve's voice makes me laugh.

I'll incorporate two threads into one here:

Kids flash violins just like switch-blades hustling for the record machine.

Believin' we could cut someplace of our own
With these violins and these horns

What do you English say? I'll get me coat! :P

That night on top of a Christmas tree shines one beautiful star
And lying underneath a brand-new Mendini trombone.

:D
