That's what makes the Archive Series as a whole such a wonderful thing. I've been thinking a lot tonight about the comments focusing on what I believe should be an expected repetition of certain songs

Hey, electric rocking The Ghost Of Tom Joad without Morello sharing the vocals. I've been waiting for this.

Just played the whole... He is a magical artist, pushing through with a rough voice. Pulling us all along. Jersey said something about its not importand which show is released, just that we get t

Not exactly the Vietnam Veteran's show.  I'll pass.  Again.

Lots of repetition in this series.  It's the 745th version of BTR and the 638th version of Badlands.

I genuinely think they are running of marquee shows now and should adopt a new approach to the whole thing.

Unfortunately i can't listen to any 2009 show because Bruce's voice was in such bad shape that year. Now we already have 4 shows from that year, what a waste of opportunities. For god's sake don't give us any more shows from that period!

I, too, am aggrieved that they force me to buy these archive releases.

The Wrestler and Kingdom of Days. Fantastic!

Plus, Hard Times.  But it doesn't justify buying the whole thing with all that repetition in it.  And don't get me started on the Outlaw Pete abomination.

If anyone honestly thinks bruce's voice was in good shape that year i really don't know what to say anymore. 2007/2008 was way better and i guess they'd have quite a few more multitracks from that tour aswell.

Agree

Lots of repetition in this series.

It is something new, a 2009 show which is not a full album show.

And from when the WOAD Tour was still a little bit the WOAD Tour.

Specific song repetition is rife throughout this series.  A rethink is needed.

I have been listening on SiriusXM and it sounds like the other shows from this era. Nice mix from JA. No complaints about the mix from me.  I havent had any issues listening compression wise but it is hard to tell on the stream.  So if you like this era I dont see any reason not to get and enjoy.

As someone who's pretty stoked about this release, I have to give a major shout-out to Music City Mike, since I think it highly unlikely we would have gotten this unforeseen turn had he not jokingly ranked the marvelous Working on a Dream so comically low.

You da man, Mike! You da man

I hope so. The buffalo 2009 show was compressed to the maximum levels and I rarely play it because of that so hopefully this one doesn’t suffer the same thing.

Well apparently the stream hid the compression well because I haven't had an issue like other BUT I did the DR Values for the actual FLAC files and it is bad. DR 6.  One of the worst in the whole series compression wise.  Havent listened to them yet.  Log below if anyone cares.

I think the official album release of Western Stars was similar DR levels? And that sounds superb. And yet Buffalo 09 and Upper Darby 75 suffer badly.

What is your suggestion to avoid Born To Run and Badlands when releasing E Street Band shows?

This seems like a strange gripe.
