Many thanks for the link - that was really enjoyable:-) I wish Patti would put out more of her own music and songs.

Thanks for the link. I remember seeing this not long after it came out. I loved this album of hers...my favorite of her three.  She looks and sounds great here.

My God.... Thank you @JimCT

I can't believe that video has been up for a year and not even had 400 views.... That is sad.

And the all star band with her? This is a goldmine. I can't wait to sit and watch this properly.

Thanks for that.

Spanish Dancer is Patti's best song in my opinion. Absolutely beautiful song.

I always wanted to hear As Long As I (Can Be With You) as a full E St band version. Patti starting the first verse, with just Nils on acoustic. Then Bruce strolls in with his 12-string custom telecaster and repeats it, just him and the tele, but electric. Ying and yang, female and male, acoustic and electric - then the full band kicks in. Maybe repeat that mirroring with the last verse.

A boy can dream, right?

This was a real pleasure to watch, thanks. Loved the little stories in between, not just the songs and the music. They were all great.

Love this in particular:

'New York City, 1988
Standing in the Chelsea rain
With a small suitcase
I used to walk invisible
And the only time I felt recognized
Was when I saw myself reflected
In your loving eyes'

Never enough from Patti. Rumble Doll was an album that was the soundtrack to 1993/1994 for me , still takes me back to happy days, with an ex.

I love all three of her albums, but this one is my favorite. I love her voice on her solo stuff. Just wonderful.

I love her albums a lot. This year I've listened to "Play it as it lays" more times than any one Springsteen album.
