Just to make it clear : we're speaking of albums that shaped the rock fans we are, right ? Not necessarily our ten favourite records... ? This would be a different list to me.

 

 

That’s how I’m taking it, so Born To Run rather than Darkness...... Without the former the latter might even have passed me by. What a travesty that would have been. The direction of my music life could have been so different.

otherwise id be listing 10x Bruce Springsteen records :lol:

before Bruce i was a casual music fan - just buying lots of GH's - but everything on my list is on a very direct  road to Bruce

Really?  I thought it held up pretty well.  I was going to put Leftoverture, but I went with Point.  Speaking of Leftoverture, it's hard to beat this performance by Steve Walsh. ;)

The guy who turned me onto this sold me a DJ copy like this for $10. An extra copy of his.
