I must have watched that thousands of times in the 80s at least.

I wanted to date that lass at the start who got the timing wrong..then right

I loved the MILF clapping..would

Loved the three lasses in the same T shirts  dancing

I also wanted to kick that half asleep drunk out the stadium

I wanted to pick that bloke who fell down up

I also loved that little bit overwieght chap who jumped in the aisle

Loved the posh cowboy look of some of blokes

Loved the posh cowgirl look of some of the women

Loved Bruce smiling as he sang

I must have used  " Is there an educated man on the premisses" line a hundred times in my life, even if not appropriate

Fair to say I loved this, it is without doubt one of my very fav Springsteen videos  EVER !!!

Just watched Blinded by the Light and realised this was the programme in the film :D

The dates didn't really quite fit, but there's worse things in life

A few things 'didn't quite fit'. :Dlp;;;;;;;;;;

Maybe he could teach punctuation to Liam G ^_^

It wasn't a ! - haven't got my specs on, it's lp - long player, remember them?

Yesterday was mentioned alongside this film - are you watching the lead of that in The Luminaries, on tonight?

I digress ... I thought I was in the Palace for a moment.

I remember the whistle Test inteview very clearly. Probably the first live interview footage I saw with Bruce. I had imagined him a lot different than this and was really  disappointed by the way he spoke and by his off-stage apparence. Then the Glory Days interview where he looked even worse in those terrible clothes! From the pictures and his singing voice the image in my head was something along Tom  Waits tougher cousin - not Bette Midler's half-witted  brother.

The Whistle Test I saw Bruce on first was I think a new years eve compilation, couldnt tell you what year(early 80s?) Annie Nightingale spent the whole show saying they had rare Springsteen footage and not too miss it. Last song was Rosalita and Bruce being mobbed by girls! I was hooked from that day forward.

Anyone else catch that TV show and can confirm what year it was?
