Same here. My brother saw them and got a pick from Eddie. He was thrilled, just not my style music but I know how important he in particular was.

It doesn't seem fare that rock Gods who survive the sex, drugs and rock and roll should go out between middle age and old age and to something so mortal and ordinary and heart breaking as cancer

65 is neither young or old but its dedinatly too soon

When I was in the sixth form in '79, the first VH album was THE album that got copied and shared. Along with Boston's Don't Look Back and Lizzy's Live And Dangerous.

That first VH album was a game changer. RIP Eddie. Unique talent.
