Ordered mine (with bluray) within 5 mins of the e-mail landing - always support Badlands on Bruce related product (over the likes of Amazon) - looking forward to the viewing!

How very odd

Dude, just order it from Amazon-N-A. You'll pay more, but you wont have to wait an extra month.

For UK buyers who are tight, WHSmith have a £10 off promotion when you spend over £50 so you could order the vinyl and the blu ray for a tenner less than most other places.

what ? does this mean there will be more concert film in the future

The Sony document published by wikileaks some years ago related to the cancellation of Bruce's contract and replacement by a new one. Most of it was of no real interest, but there was a paragraph relating to 'product commitment'. In addition to so many new albums this also included multi disc editions of The River, Nebraska and BITUSA and a series of of five live albums. Films weren't mentioned.

Maybe the Western Stars soundtrack and SOB are two of the live albums, or maybe they aren't, who knows? Maybe his contact has been amended again, there's no way of knowing.

Me too, although their “extremely prompt delivery” of sending it out a day or two before release seems to have now stopped unfortunately. I have ordered every new release from Badlands UK since I was a teenager.

will each show be present on each CD or is it solely the 13 track setlist over the two discs?

Unfortunately the CDs are a  combo from both nights

"What’s not seen is an infamous moment during the performance where Springsteen noticed photographer Lynn Goldsmith, who happened to be his ex-girlfriend, snapping photos from the floor. He pulled her onto the stage. “Ladies and gentlemen!” he roared to the crowd. “This is my ex-girlfriend!” He then escorted her to the side of the stage and demanded she be removed from the house.

This moment was edited out of “Quarter to Three” in the original No Nukes movie, and it doesn’t appear here. “I had no interest in exploring that,” says Zimny. “It’s not a musical moment. Even if you wanted it, it’s not really even documented since it was such a chaotic moment and the cameramen didn’t know what was happening.” (Springsteen and Goldsmith made peace decades ago, and she told Carlin they laughed about the incident when they bumped into each other at the Sunset Marquis in 1980.)"

It was obviously always going to be edited out. But I’ve got the full unedited audio on the archive release.

Didn't the 22nd show run past midnight into his birthday on the 23rd? I think the record above should accurately reflect this.

:-)
