Bob wrote: I loved hearing County Fair. The crowd chuckled at the "I hope I can remember where my car's parked" line. It was perfect sound as I recall and absolutely beautiful.

Tom wrote: The only other show of the tour that I enjoyed as much as this one was Fenway Park earlier in the month. This show was moved to the small Darien Lake venue because of poor ticket sales at 80,000-seat Rich Stadium outside of Buffalo. Obviously inspired by the rural amusement park setting, Bruce opened with Tunnel of Love and followed with Brilliant Disguise. I forgot his exact words, but he told the crowd that he and the band liked the feel of the place. The cozy circus-tent setting also no doubt prompted him to debut County Fair, with Danny on accordion. He told Danny to move to the front of the stage with him so people could see when he "F.... up." It was an appreciative crowd that had a good time.
