The surprises continued for the third show in a row when the Chicago crowd was treated to the first "Jackson Cage" since 1981 (not counting the performance during the August 2 rehearsal show) and a solo version of "For You". Tour continues with four tour premieres

Last night's show in Denver was not only the resurrection of the tour after a three week break. It was also seemingly a turning point away from the static setlist we've seen up till now. No less than four tour premieres appeared on the scoreboard, including one song that hasn't been played since the Born in the USA Tour: "I'm a Rocker". Apart from that, the Denver crowd got "The Ties That Bind", "Candy's Room", "Racing in the Street" and the return of "Two Hearts" for the first time since.... Read more
   

Fans take anti-scalping initiative

A group of people who call themselves Fans Against Concert Ticket Scalping (F.A.C.T.S.) have started a campaign against the widespread phenomenon that is not least a plague in connection with Springsteen shows. On their website you can sign a petition calling on legislators to do something about the problem, and you can participate in the scalping debate on their discussion.... Read more
   

Online auction to save Tillie

The Save Tillie campaign continues unabated. According to the organization plans are in store for a Dec. 5 demolition of The Palace and thereby the Tillie face. In order to prevent this from happening, Save Tillie will try to raise some funds through an online auction that can be accessed via this link. One of the more spectacular initiatives can now be seen and purchased on eBay's auction site. A woman in Oregon has quilted a wall hanging inspired by Bruce's song "My City of Ruins".
